After you click continue google will give you some options to choose from to prove your site ownership. I recommend using the DNS record method. After selecting this option, google will give you a code which you will have to update as TXT record in your hosting website.
2. Uploading Sitemap Of Website:
One of the ways to submit website to google for indexing is submitting your website's sitemap. The sitemap of your website contains all important information about your website.
Submitting sitemap is the fastest way to submit your URL to google. After submitting sitemap google automatically indexes your website.
In the left sidebar click on the sitemaps option you will see this preview. Enter your sitemap and click submit. After this your website will be automatically indexed by google.
3. Submitting Individual URL:
Another way to submit your website to google is by submitting individual URL in URL inspection tool. To do this click on the URL inspection tool in left side bar and enter your website's URL in search box.
Google Search Console will than examine URL and if no errors are found you can request indexing. Google will enter your URL in crawl queue. After completion of crawling process your URL will be indexed and will be available in google search.
